Hello. We do have good medicines in Homoeopathy for excessive bleeding during the menses. Need to have her details related to her suffering, personality, consitution, so describe each and everything in detail. For the time being, start giving her Hamemalis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water daily every 2 hrly (during menses) and Pulsatilla 200/ one dose once a week (avoid this medicine during menses) for a month.

Female Hormones imbalance can be a cause for heavy bleeding. A tumour (Fibriod) in the uterine cavity increase the surface area of lining of uterine cavity can also be the cause of heavy bleeding. On the day of start of menses, take a glass of lukewarm cow's milk. Add half fresh lemon juice in milk. Drink it immediately before it curdle. Repeat the same next month. This may reduce the bleeding. Fibroid in the uterine cavity may require surgical removal.
