Dear Vaibhav,
Panic attacks are NOT due to Vitamin D and B12 deficiency only. There are other causes added to it. Both those deficiencies can be corrected by replacement easily.
Unless i know the name and dose of antidepressant and alcohol, i can not answer.
But don't take alcohol. Take only antidepressant. Alcohol may make you dependent on it sometime, especially when you are depressed. When you are not depressed, you can motivate yourself with less difficulty to stop drinking alcoh...more

Take a long, deep breath and exhale it slowly while saying the word" relax" silently.
Close your eyes.
Let yourself take ten natural, easy breaths. Count down with each exhale, starting with" ten.
