Hello, fat is accumulated by lack of activity, irregular eating or excessive eating pattern, hormonal imbalance. Thus having a well balanced diet at regular intervals of 3 hours, increase in fibre intake like salads, fruits, sprouts, wholegrains will help. Exercise for 45-60 minutes 4-5 days/ week. Have 10-12 glasses of water i. E 1 glass every hour will help.
