Hello,Smoking is injurious to health. Smoking can have serious effects on your life. The longer you smoke, the more damage you do to your body.If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- take tabacum 200, 5 drops once in a week and arnica 30 ch, 5 drops once daily.Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily.

So Start exercising
Go for a morning jog or even better
Join a gym
Change diet. Stop doing too much sugar
And eliminate it entirely. Make a honest estimate of how many cigarettes you are smoking in a day. And then find the number for a whole week.
Go to your wall calender and mark on it. 1
Next sat 2
Next sat 3
Meaning you will do 1 less cigarette
Next week 2 cigarettes less

Please try and quit smoking at the earliest. If you need, you can take the help of nicotine replacement or tablets. Both BP and smoking increases your chances of heart attack at earlier age. Quitting smoking has many health benefits.

Your x ray will show clear air areas and cloudy areas. It will not show smoking as such. There can be other causes for the same disturbance in x ray.
