Try to adjust your calorie intake according to your calorie expenditure. If this does not lower your hba1c to 7, then your dose of medication will need to be increased. Consult a physician for the same.

Since it is an open query, there is no way to look at earlier communication. So I am not able to recollect any details about earlier reply. Therefore, it is necessary to know following things before any suggestion or an opinion can be made.
1)Patients earlier fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, lipid profile, dietary habits, extent of daily exercise. Plus since the person is 51 years, it is necessary to know his serum creatinine & urea.

Normal blood pressure: 120/80 mm hg. However there are diurnal as well as individual variations. Systolic blood pressure may be normal from 110 to 130 and diastolic blood pressure is normal from 70 to 90. Normal range of bp is lower for children.
Normal blood glucose in fasting is from 70 to 110 mg/dl and post prandial state is 110 to 140 mg/dl.
