1)Patients earlier fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, lipid profile, dietary habits, extent of daily exercise. Plus since the person is 51 years, it is necessary to know his serum creatinine & urea.

Normal blood pressure: 120/80 mm hg. However there are diurnal as well as individual variations. Systolic blood pressure may be normal from 110 to 130 and diastolic blood pressure is normal from 70 to 90. Normal range of bp is lower for children.

1. Take 1 cup mustard oil
2. Add 10 g camphor
3. Heat the oil till the camphor dissolves completely
4. Massage lukewarm oil on the affected area
This will help improve the blood circulation in the area and will reduce the inflammation and stiffness
and for blood sugar
Consume two to three tulsi leaves whole or about one tablespoon full of its juice on an empty stomach to lower the blood sugar levels
