It is good that you are exercising. You have to be regular with it. Along with it you have to be on a strict diet. Take minimal fat, calories, mainly take vegetables, do lot of aerobic exercises like jogging, skipping, and you will reused weight and fat in your body.

Only arms weight can't be reduce you have to avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong and combine it with regular 40 min walk or exercise. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only.
