- Hemoglobin can be increased by taking an iron & vitamin rich diet as in fruits, green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, non veg if you take, beans, lentils, pulses, raisins, nuts such as cashews, figs
- also can take an iron & vitamin supplement.

-Depending on the level of deficiency, if it is severe, below 8 gm%, then injectible supply will be required, otherwise if it's more then you can give him capsule Autrin ,1 capsule daily after breakfast
- also foods rich in iron & folates like green leafy vegetables and non veg foods have to be consumed.

For haemoglobin include iron rich foods like jaggery, raisins. You can have wheat grass juice 2 tsp in water early morning. Also for iron absorption include vitamin c rich foods like sprinkle lemon over green moong dal sprouts. Have more antioxidant fruits like pomegranate, oranges, kiwi and vegetables like spinach, beetroot in your diet.

First of all get a periferal smear and rbc indices to get an idea as to why you are anemic. You will need iron injections. Need to know your exact period of gestation to comment whether you need injections or oral iron preparation.

Hi. Madam it will be better to get confirm the cause for anemia (decreased hemoglobin) and thrombocytopenia (decreased platelet count. And apart from dat in general you should consume iron rich diet like leafy vegetables. Beetroot dryfruits jaggery etc. Homeopathy has good treatment for this with out any side effects.
