Hello. Eat iron rich diet. All green veges and fresh juice all are good. Carrots, spinach, pomogranate, apples, chukundar, broccoli all are good source of iron. With this take vitamin c also because it help in absorption of iron in body. For any other help keep in touch. Good luck in life.

Please take regular Iron & protein supplements. Also increase your dietary intake of the same by consuming more of green vegetables, beetroot, dates, jaggery, black gram, lentils, broccoli, Soyabeans, Paneer, sprouts etc. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also increase your intake of red meat, eggs etc.

Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin c rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin c help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.
