1.Take good nourishing diet like milk, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, fresh green leafy vegetables,tomato fruits like apple,dry fruits like khajoor,kismiss soybean, Pulses, pane er, cheese etc
2. Drink plenty of water,
3..Go for regular exercise,
4.Take adequate rest,
5..Avoid physical and mental exertion.
6..Take Haem up syrup 3 tsf twice daily before food 10. 7.consult for further advice

I am giving you example of Iron containing food

High iron foods include
sunflower seeds, nuts, beans,
whole grains,
dark leafy greens (spinach),
tofu.
Oatmeal, Barley, Rice, Bulgur (10%), Buckwheat (7%), and Millet (6%)

If non vegetarian, take plenty of fish, meat, egg. Otherwise take pluses with lemon as it increases iron absorption. Take vegetables like fig, fruits like banana and pomegranate

Include food which are rich in iron in your regular meals. Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin C help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.
