Start gymnastics or swimming daily. 2-3 hrs swimming 5-6 times a weak will help, not less.
Do for yoga asanas which involve stretching of your backbone/spine. You can go for tada asana, paschimtana asana, surya namasakar asana etc.
Increase your protein and calcium intake.
Start taking 2 tsp of ashwagandha avlehya with milk at night daily.
Follow this regime for next 6 months to 1 year.

Some basic management can help you to increase your height.
1- drink milk (milk contains calcium which is very important to bone growth)
2- do some yoga like (surya namaskar).
3-standing your toe for few min. Daily.
4- get proper sleep.
5-do some exercise like (hold on to a horizontal bar & hang with your spine stretched out).
6- do skipping for atleast 20-30 min.
7- eat eggs, chicken, soyabean, rajma, nuts, green vegetable.
