Eat healthy food and stop worrying. If child is growing properly as depicted in normal growth charts and if she is playful, there is no reason to think of inadequate breast secretion. You did not mention age and weight of the child. It is difficult to address your query based only on your perception.

You have to feed the baby and it will stimulate the milk production and your mind should be calm and you must be relaxed to increase production . Never bottle feed the baby and you can take Lactare capsule and see

Milk in breasts is usually a result that follows pregnancy and childbirth. Otherwise milk is produced if you have abnormal milk producing hormone production in your body. No, there is no such remedy. Frequent breastfeeding either till breast is empty or baby is satisfied, may increase milk.

Hello, Baby should be exclusively nursed for 6 months. There is always optimum mother's milk available for the baby on demand. Foods like coconut, sesame seeds (til), almonds, garden cress seeds (Halim/Aliv), fenugreek, to help to enhance milk production in mothers. Apart from it a well hydrated mother produce good amount of breast milk.
