To concentrate on studies better 1) find a suitable environment- it should quiet, clean, airy, ample of light source should be there. 2) keep everything from stationary to books handy 3) fix a time table and take a break after every half hour in between your study time. 4) you can find a study partner with whom you can discuss .5) reward yourself with things you like after completing a particular portion you suppose to finish. This all things will motivate you. Keep away from negative thoughts.

First of all try meeting your general physician to assess the cause of acidity. Try reducing the symptoms by taking medication.
Exam stress and anxiety can also be cause of such symptoms. Our body and mind are linked together. So if our mind is stressed then it can definitely impact the body. So pls check on that. If it is due to exam stress & anxiety then try to talk about your feelings to someone close. Letting out your feelings may help you feeling light.

I would not recommend medicines for improving memory unless absolutely necessary. However there are some other life style changes I would like to advice you. •take fish oil/flax seed oil 1000 mg twice after food
•take zincovit tablet once daily
•eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables
•walk atleast 10000 steps a day or do exercise for 30 minutes. A good idea would be to do 20 push-up whenever you are feeling sleepy while studying. •meditate. Do atleast 20 minutes of meditation each...more

Hello....
Eat nuts daily.. Almonds and walnuts are good for brain.. Take these with warm milk.. After this do not take anything for one hr.....
Eat healthy diet......
Avoid stress.....
Take 8 hrs good sleep......
Start meditation or yoga.. Its good for increasing concentration....

You have to be self luminous, that is genious, no exernal force is necessary for this.
However guidance is necessary.
Prioritize/ concentrate on important thing -studies/ play/food/ sleep/ sociaizing.
Then your mental and Physical helth is maintained and will support you to remember bettter,
