swimming is best exercise for toning lower body otherwise you should do pushups and crunches regularly to reduce fast. take high fiber foods like all fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts etc. Take plenty of water every day.

To reduce lower body fat you need to start up your day with a glass of lukewarm water. Include good amount of Fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk, refined cereals and fried food, sugary drinks along with fruit juices. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.

I m giving you the Diet plan which is less in Carbs you can follow it.

Sample diet plan:-

a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs/ 1 Paratha (Brown X atta)+ curd/ Basil seeds Smoothie.
B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd.
C) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney/ veg soup with butter./ 1 chapati(BrownXatta)+ veg+ salad.

For reducing fat and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce fat and will never regain.

Hey lybrate-user, its not difficult. Get moving and it can be done. Walk and run regualarly, do more of lower body exercises like aerobics, lunges, squats, planks, crunches. Also proper diet balanced is required.

First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
