U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken, soya. And you avoid high carbohydrate food. Exm chapati, rice, bread. U take some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. 1 Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch 1 Cytofresh tab after breakfast 1 Micrifruit tab after breakfast.

Lordosis does cause trouble. It effects gait, difficulty in lying down on back etc. You need to do back exercises under the supervision of a trainee or physio to strengthen your back muscles, then only exercise will help you to trim down your fat. You could consult homoeopathic doctor for fat reduction too.

2 अगर आप रोज़ एक वक़्त 4 रोटी खाते हे तो उसकी जगह 3 ही खाए. अब लोग सोचेंगे की क्यों न फिर २ ही खता हु तोह जल्दी मोटापा काम होंगे. एकदम से 2 रोटी खाना शुरू न करे इससे आपको कमजोरी आ सकती हे, क्यों की हमारे शरीर के हिसाब से हमें सही मात्र में पोषक आहार भी मिलना जरुरी हे. तोह धीरे धीरे करके खाना काम करे
