Cramps means difficiency of electrolytes. Have proper salt intake. Drink plenty of water. Go for hot fomentaion of your limbs take balanced diet. Add milk. Green veg.
You can also take ors and if pain is excessive take tab tromanil -mr (twice a day) when required for instant relief.
