Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Bleeding gums and loosening of gums may happen because of collection of hard deposits called as tartar (as you said stones) on your teeth. This happens because of some shortcoming in the brushing technique wherein the plaque (a soft film of food, saliva, & bacteria) which forms on the teeth. Once tatar is deposited, it cannot be removed by routine home care.

Cavities must be cleaned and fillings must be done. Good oral hygiene is very important. Regular brushing n use of mouth wash is must.
