you are having cavities .
having blood in mouth in morning shows poor oral hygiene .
The best way to get rid cavities is filling of cavities
regular rinse with Mouthwashes (listerine )after meals .
you have to visit dental surgeon ,for filling .and ensure your teeth stay healthy.

Kindly get an X-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be that you have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown/cap.
Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
