Dear user, you can improve the appearance and fullness of face by doing some facial exercises daily. 1. Chew gum daily
2. Do the" x-o" exercise, jaw opener exercise. 3. Do the cheek lift
4. Make" fish lips.
5. Make puffy cheeks by holding in air for as long as you can. 6. Smile a lot and massage your face daily for five minutes.

To reduce double chin you can do this. Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling.
Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin.
Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count.
Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position.
Repeat this 10 times.

Do facial exercises to tone and slim the cheek area. Pucker your lips as if giving a kiss, and then push your lips out and pull them back in to work the muscles along the cheeks. Make an exaggerated smile with your lips together. Hold for a count of two and then relax your face.
