I advice you visit a dentist once in every 3-4 month for plaque removal. Use soft bristle tooth-brush. Use floss twice a day it prevent plaque formation.
Tooth paste with triclosan should be used.
Use anti-plaque mouthwash two times in a day for 15 days.

No if your gum bleed sometimes that doesn't mean gums are weak. When you hurt your gums with floss or tooth pick or brush it will definitely bleeds. But make sure your gums not bleed regularly.

Hi better do a scaling (cleaning) once in six months .The bad odour is due to accumulation of dirt in your mouth .Bad breath have various reason so meee a dentist for further clarification.

Yes you can use interdental brush ... the attachment has a brush .. in it

And floss is like a thread which can go between gaps .. of teeth .. to clear food ..

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Drink lots of water and fluids like juices, tender coconut, buttermilk etc..,
Have a balanced diet, lots of greens in ur food..
You definitely need a professional cleaning with polishing( if u havnt got it done till nw).. After cleaning, massage ur gums regularly.. Get a proper brushing technique instructions from ur dentist..
