Hallo Doctor I was advised to Take clomifene citrate Ferri 50mg Tablet since I had pco and a miscarriage. I just took it 1 month and last month my period was Naturally in 14. This month Its already 5 days Delay. May I know the possible reasons. Will period occur für Sure After this medicine.

If you were prescribed clomiphane, it was for ovulation and subsiquent conception. After taking the medicine if you have missed your period go for a pregnancy test from urine before taking any medicine.

No it is delay of only that cycle when used.
Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.

if there is no urgency & you can manage in traveling so do not take any pills as you want to extend uo to 7 th april that means you would have to take medicine for at least 10 days which is not good.

Hello, The delay is likely to be stress induced. You may wait for few more days to allow your menses to resume naturally and if not in next 5 days then get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.
