Sleepiness may be if your blood sugar goes down or your haemoglobin is low or if you are having thyroid. Get your blood test, thyroid test and sugar test done. Eat healthy indian food. Eat protein rich diet, lots of dal, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food.
