Dear lybrate-user pregnancy symptoms are many as early morning sickness frequency of urination frequent mood changes heaviness in breast and many more but you can not make a diagnosis depending upon these symptoms. For that the best way is to take a pregnancy test. And if a girl is pregnant then you can not avoid pregnancy but the only way out for unwanted pregnancy is to discontinue it. For any of the above things you will have to consult a gynaecologist.
