I needed some more information as have you stopped your thyroid meds on your own or on the advice of a physician?
Earlier when you were under pcos meds, it regulated your cycle now when you are off them, the bleeding days have reduced but you need to check the quantity of bleeding as well. Is it more now than earlier?

Yes you can take it. Drink lot of water and take soye products. These will help in decreasing hot flushes. Regular strength training exercises are recommended for weight loss. Go for hormonal tests also.
