I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Women develop excessive body or facial hair due to higher-than-normal levels of androgens, including testosterone. All females produce androgens, but the levels typically remain low. Certain medical conditions can cause a woman to produce too many androgens.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Were your periods regular before this?
It can be because of hormonal imbalance. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen.
Homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.
