Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. Please avoid junk foods, oily and fried foods ,avoid aerated beverages and start having frequent small meals, add fresh fruits and vegetables in daily routine, most important of all is to do regular exercises daily 40 mins for increasing body metabolism, drink plenty of water daily.

Am 22 years old. My weight is 95 kgs. I don't have any issues except irregular menstrual cycle. I done why am gaining allot of weight as still am a veggie .I have tried all types of homeo ayurvedic herbal diets gym yoga and massages but after doing all this things I gained more weight and now am in a stage of depression that my weight is gaining year by year .My stomach is bloated with many stretch marks all over the body. Loose skin. I seriously want to loose my weight but I feel hopeless and helpless. Right now am not doing any exercise. Please guide or help me out how to loose my weight. I was 70 kg in 2012 .With in the span of 5 years I gained 25 kgs weight. I don't have thyroid or any other issues also. Can you please send me any perfect obstetrician number or address so that I can consult them .I need proper guidance to reduce my weight.

You may be having PCOS

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc.
2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats.
3. Avoid processed and junk foods.
4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful.
5. Stay hydrated.
6. Have a light dinner.
7. Evening walk is always recommended.
8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements.

No medicine or powder is required to reduce the weight. It's all your determination how your are conscious about your health. For weight loss first you have to follow a good diet plan. Weight increase creates many problems. To reduce weight requires strong mind. you have to cut short the food going into the body. No tea, coffee. Jawar, wheat, rice reduced. sprouts in plenty. fruits taken when hungry. No non-veg. No hoteling.Exercise a lot like brisk walking.
