She might be suffering from neuropathy which is causing her urinary incontinence. Her neuropathy could have been resulted due to poor blood sugar control, varicella infection in the past, b12 deficiency due to medicines, etc. Needs to rule out the cause of her problem and her treatment will be based on that.

Those lumps may be of viral origin and you may need to get proper treatment for that however you have to watch for your sharp teeth too which can also cause ulcer to teeth. For that you need to get your teeth grinded at a dental clinic.

4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
