Get an ultrasound pelvis done to find out the cause of severe pain. Mostly pain is not that severe during menses. If ultrasound is normal. Then you can visit a gynaec for medicines.

Yes, usually viral infections may cause some loose motions and all you need to do is keep drinking ors in water hourly or two hourly. It should recover on its own. If at all there is too much abdominal pain or blood/mucus in stool you may need antibiotics for which you may need to visit a physician. Till then just take paracetamol if fever comes again and drink lots of ors fluids.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

She needs to get an ultrasound first to find out cause of pain during menses. There r many causes. And treatment varies with the cause. Ask her to avoid taking so much pain killers as these r very harmful for kidneys. Better to take her to a gynaecologist. Even if the ultrasound is normal, there r many treatment options for tackling pain. Avoid pain killers.

Hi. Avoid having anything oily now for at least 2 days. You can take baking soda mixed in a glassful of water, it will help in reducing acidity. Pain will also be better. You can also take some heeng as well as lukewarm water. If it still doesn't improve, consult a doc personally.

Lybrate-user, eating oily food especially along with spicy food can lead to the above problems, prefer fibre rich foods, green leafy veg for some days, you will be fine, do not worry.
