After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.

Normally withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it, but if have doubts about withdrawal bleeding- may do blood test serum hcg-beta.

2) unwanted 72 type tab needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex

2) if there was tb of lower abdomen-uterus-tubes then it has effect on chances of pregnancy.
3) pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist
4) for complaints meet gynecologist.
