Hi doc. I am 7 week pregnant. In my ultrasound at foetal age of 6 week 5 days and gsac age of 6 week 1 day, doctor noticed a bit of internal bleeding and foetal heart rate is only 90 bpm. Is there a chance that it can increase later on. I earlier had a miscarriage. I am already taking duphaston, metformin 250, vitamin e and ecosprin. Doctor after seeing this usg has further recommended hucog 5000 twice a week and proluton 250 once a week.

There is every chance that the heart beat will improve and there will be no further bleeding. Apart from medicines you need to be in bed rest and try to be as stress free as possible. f you are interested in knowing more you can contact me for detailed discussion and advice.
