When on treatment with thyroxine it is necessary to maintain TSH < 3mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. So please check TSH value and if it is higher than that mentioned above, then dosage may have to be increased and TSH has to be checked again after 6 weeks. It is essential to mainntain TSH at that level. Thanks.

Eating in hypothyroidism as iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day.
