It is slight on higher side, it may cause breathlessness, tiredness after walking, going upstairs. If you didn't developed any problem then try to control it naturally like reducing salt, oily fatty food etc. But I would advise to once consult doctor and get your lipid profile (cholesterol) done along with short course of medicine.

Tell me the vegetarian foods for high bp patients to take and to avoid. How to control it naturally?
To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below:
•Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP.
• Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium.
• Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking.
• Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP.
• Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily.
• Do exercise daily, running and long walk.

Hello, for controlling bp try to avoid processed foods and salt intake. Can also use low sodium salt. Also for sugar or diabetes problem, atleast walking is important. Meals should be taken at regular intervals or gaps of 2-3 hours. Water intake should also be checked. Do not stress. Try to avoid any kind of alcoholic beverages. Still if required, can have 30 ml red wine once a while.

Increase in heart beat & high BP at 19. Get yourself checked but I can reassure you , it can be due to excess stress and you may need only stress relaxation as a therapy, one must not live with doubts. Gerd is gastroesophagial reflux disease. Reflux is due to abnormality in antireflux mechanism either due to functional or structural problems. Structural problems like large hiatal hernia needs to be corrected doing surgery otherwise it recurs. Reflux for long is bad for health as it can give rise to serious health issues in future if neglected for long.
