Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed hair oils, use shika powder instead, eat more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water, since hair fall depends on many internal factors it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure
Homoeopathic constitutional treatment provides permanent cure from such tendency permanently by removing the root cause itself, medicines will be in nano dose and don't have any side effects or life long dependancy

Apply Jaborandi hair oil.
Also use Arnica shampoo.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation.
Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Continue treatment.

You can apply coconut oil and massage into scalp for at least 30 minutes.
Mix coconut and castor oil and apply this to scalp every alternate days.
Instead of shampoos loaded with chemicals you can use mild baby shampoos.
