Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time,
1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal,

Some people are allergic to dyes.
Dye causes mild itching but if it continues even after rinsing, it should be stopped.
It also happens if hair has not been washed nicely and the color remains on the scalp.
Oiling hair can help.
For natural hair color, use henna, to get a darker shade, add coffee or tea to it.
You can also get naural and organic hair colors in the market.
You should test a bit of color on your skin for any allergies, before putting it on your hair.

Hello. Start hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Apply altris gel or melitane gel on scalp daily evening for 6 months. It may stimulate hair root pigment cells to reduce greying. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.

Due to internal and gastric problem this may happen in young age and also some genetic problem may also play role in premature greying hair. I suggest you take healthy diet and exercise regularly take sprouts beans in diet and avoid coffee or tea.

Mehndi is a good colourant for white hairs it is harmless in comparison to dyes but mehndi powder which is being sold in market contains ppd (para-phenylenediamine) which is a chemical and it may cause reaction. Try to find fresh mehndi leaves they are harmless and good for hairs.
