*Avoid more spicy, maida related, dry, junk foods.
*While suffering from gas and indigestion due to spicy or fatty food, having fennel seeds can help cure your problem. The oil contained in fennel seeds reduces nausea and controls flatulence. this is one type of indigestion
do as follow:
* take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal
* take ginger & turmeric before food
* take hot water
* quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it
* avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking

Never drink water after meals this could be the main reasons for your acidity. Drink water after 90 minutes only. To gain weight start doing prithvi mudra from your fingers 20 minutes everyday to gain as much weight you want. This is the best natural way to gain weight, you have to keep patience and do it regularly. Once you have gained the weight you wanted than stop doing prithvi mudra otherwise you will gain extra fat.
