I also took blood test which showed vit b12 and vit d deficiency and I am on the tablet of neurobion which is been five days tat I have taken so my final question is how long will I be able to come out of my high bp range and weight gain is 83 so what type of exercises can I adopt in order to save myself.in this I am also a pre diabetic range of 6 percent so kindly do give me suggestions if it's too much then I need to build myself up! thank you in advance.
