Dear Lybrate user,
dark elbow is a natural thing as the skin in surrounding area is elastic in nature.
Though this darkness can be reduced with very simple tricks.
Do remember it works with continuous long term use (2 months).
Use 1 part multani mitti+ 1 part of powder of sweet Bengal gram (besan or chana dal atta)+1 spoon haldi for scrubbing on elbows with water for 5 mins.

Hiii, some important tips for glowing skin- Drink at least 2.5litres water per day, take proper nutritious diet, avoid the sun especially from 10 am to 2 pm, apply sunscreen while going outside, cleanse your face twice everyday, while washing your face use cold water, remove makeup before sleeping, at least 7-8 hrs sleep is must, do yoga regularly, do regular exercise.

Hi lybrate-user,
I would also recommend you for glowing skin use a apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin color and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water.

You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

You can try 2 or 3 things which will help you bt you need to give time for results. 1-wash your face with wheat (atta. 2-clean your face with milk as a cleanser at night. 3-make a fruit pack in home. Take 1 pc of carrot, 1pc tomato, 1pc apple, 1pc papaya grind it and mixed with honey and lemon juice. Apply it on exposed area. Apply it 3-4 days a week. Hello! Treat your skin gently. Always apply sunscreen half an hour before going out in the sun. Reapply sunscreen every 3-4 hours till evening. Keep your skin covered in pollution and dust.
