Normally the number gets stabilise after 18yrs.
If it has not stabilise after that, it can be progressive myopia or keratoconus.
No major role of food or any exercise has been established in stabilising the number or improving it.

I would recommend you to get her complete eye examination as well as ent examination.
As there are various causes that could lead to eye pain.
Get her vision checked and ocular iop as well.
Migraine also has to be ruled out
