you should consult ophthmologist for refraction & if prescribed glass ,please use it & you may also use lubricating eye drops( Refresh liquigel)4-5 times for dryness.

Dear Sir,
Redness in your eyes maybe due to infection or allergy or even dry eyes. Each of them has a completely different treatment which can be decided only once you are examined by the eye doctor. Pls visit an Eye surgeon close to you at the earliest. Mostly none of these conditions require any oral Tablets so pls do not self prescribe any medication.
