I have taken taximof for 5 days for typhoid and my fever has reduced. Temperature did hit normal but keeps fluctuating between normal and 99f. It has been 3 days since I stopped the medication. How long should I wait until my temperature returns to normal completely? I feel feverish and weak from time to time. I particularly feel feverish after meals. What is the way forward?

non vegetarian diet is difficult to digest and hence you would have been asked to not eat that right now. You can of course take non spicy clear non veg soup. Please wait at least 7-10 days .then you may have bland nonveg and slowly get back to normal diet when your digestive system has recovered fully.

Test with blood test igg and igm again once I did is iggpositive and igm is negative you can plan a pregnancy.

I'm 30 year old male and had unprotected sex with women in may 2016 and after 7 months I went to ictc center and get test tested and came results as negative and in this 7 months I suffered with symptoms of ulcer in mouth and cold and after next 7 months that is 2018 jan went to same ictc center and get tested and results came as negative and after 1 year 2019 january I went to ictc and get tested and results came as negative and now that is 2022 january (5 years after exposure) I suffering from fever and went to hospital tested and they took blood and tested typhoid, malaria and with tri dot 3 rd generation and results came negative for tri dot and typhoid positive and my concern is that tests are conclusive or do I need to retest?

as your a diabetic I advise you to follow strict diet and regular exercises at home. Advise regular monitoring of random blood sugar at home or at laboratory. Apart from the medications and exercise what you need is positive good thoughts. I advise you do meditation daily. Ideally one should take rubella vaccination (if rubella igg is negative) before pregnancy because those who don't have immunity may get rubella during pregnancy and in that case causes abnormalities of baby.
Can not be taken during pregnancy- must avoid pregnancy for 3 months after vaccination.
