1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos up to three tablets daily after food 2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily
3. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily
4. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum

If the problem is chronic, please investigate thoroughly. If there is no anatomical problem, there are few ayurved panchkarma treatments to help you with chronic cold. Regarding overweight- one has to be consistent in work out and reduction in diet while balancing nutrition. Walk is the best form of successful results in weight loss. Walk for minimum 60 min and reduce oily, fried, sweet and high carbohydrates in food. Small meals and early dinner. Good luck.
