In home remedies, taking milk boiled with dry ginger powder r black pepper powder with honey& a pinch of turmeric powder will help to reduce the cold. Take twice /day for few days.
Replace sugar with honey& gargle with warm water mixed with salt& turmeric will also help to reduce the sore throat if any +

Pl boil ginger, Tulasi, black pepper in water for sometime. Filter. Allow to become little warm for drinking. Add honey. Sip.

At other time boil Panchakol herbs in water and filter. Sip war.

Rub Mahanarayan herbal oil over shoulder and do hot fomentation thereafter.
