you didn't mention your blood sugar level and lipid profile. It would have been easier to answer if you mentioned it. Anyway if your sugar level is below 140 mg and within normal limits there are many home remedies that you can take as supplements like jamun, methi, lady's finger etc. But along with it you have to control your diet and do regular exercise.
