You should do abdomen exercise daily.
Don't take rice at night, avoid junk food. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning.

You might be having a stomach ulcer in its initial stages. It will be better if you meet a gastroenterologist as after an endoscopy proper treatment can be given to further prevent an ulcer.

Hello, You can very well eat rice. Obviously the sugar level goes up. Not only that whenever you eat sugar level shoots up. Here make a note that quantity matters a lot. Always include more of veggies in your daily diet. Try eating 5-6 small frequent meals rather than 3 meals. Eating jowar/ bajra is good for controlling the sugar levels.
