Hello, You can very well eat rice. Obviously the sugar level goes up. Not only that whenever you eat sugar level shoots up. Here make a note that quantity matters a lot. Always include more of veggies in your daily diet. Try eating 5-6 small frequent meals rather than 3 meals. Eating jowar/ bajra is good for controlling the sugar levels.
