I would like to suggest you to modified your life style as well as work place as most of the back pain and neck pain occurs becuase of fail to follow the ergonomics so modified your work place accoding to the ergonomics and also avoid to sit for a longer time. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Dear anis, ointments or tablets will not reduce pain permanantly. I suggesr you to go for ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain faster. And do back strengthening excercises like
lying flat on back. Raising leg 10 times sliding legs in straight position.
