    Mint can also help in clearing Acne. Just mix two tablespoons of fresh mint leaves with a small bowl of curd or yoghurt. Now apply the mix on your face for 10 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

  4. Aloe vera:

    Aloe vera helps fight skin infection and relieves skin burns. Just apply aloe juice to the acne.

  5. Lemon Juice:

    It contains citric acid which acts like an astringent. It smoothens the skin and restores color and pH balance of the skin.

  6. Tea tree oil:

    Tea tree oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that fight against bacteria responsible for acne. Because of the anti-inflammatory properties of Tea tree oil, it also helps to reduce swelling and redness.

  7. Apple cigar vinegar:

    Apple cider vinegar had antibacterial properties because of the presence of certain organic acids in it. Applying a mixture of Apple cider vinegar and water on the skin helps to fight against the bacteria.

  8. Exercise Regularly:

    Exercise reduces stress and anxiety which play a major role in acne development. Doing exercise regularly leads to increased blood circulation to the skin cells which results in the nourishment of skin cells.

  9. Turmeric face mask:

    Turmeric has anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties which help to fight against acne infection and reduce it. Turmeric also contains antioxidant properties that help to remove free radicals in the skin and reduce the natural aging process.

  10. Avoid Stress:

    Taking stress leads to the secretion of hormones which results in sebum production and makes the situation worse. Practice relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation which help to relax your body and mind.

  11. Avoid dairy products:

    There is a hormone called IGF-1 found in milk and dairy products which leads to acne. There are also some other hormones present in milk which is associated with acne.

  12. Toothpaste:

    Applying toothpaste can also show a positive effect in treating acne. Apply a bit of toothpaste to your acne, you will observe a reduction in the size of acne. It also helps to remove the spot.

Hey I am 29 years old, single. I have acne spots ony face I take treatment from doctor it lightens but then again if I have acne then again spots remains on my face. I have been thinking to try plum vitamin c serum to lighten up my spots is it safe to use?

Vitamin c may cause skin irritation and dryness. Depending on your skin type and grade of acne, your dermatologist may prescribe a suitable depigmenting agent. Its also important to treat acne itself so as to prevent recurrent pigmentation.

I have use skin shine and panderm for treating my acne and dark spots but when I knew its disadvantages then I left it but after wards my skin is facing more acne and dark spots it been 2 year I am facing this problem so please help out im under medication but im not seeing any good effect of it.

I am using bobet glycolic & salicylic acid face wash ,hydrate moisturising lotion and nioclean gel .this product make my skin dry and slightly peel of skin and slightly burning suntion. What should I do. Now for acne.
