Left bundle branch block or lbbb is nerve conduction block to the left half of your heart which is suggestive that the stimulus for contraction is not going directly to the left part it is going through the right and then to the left part.

lybrate-user ,I understand your father condition. Since EF is 30, he needs CABG. If you are not willing for surgery you better go for ECCP treatment to relieve the heart block, many centres are available. I do not known from which area you are from, or state- you have not mentioned. You can have ECCP in your area, that is the only alternate to CABG. Other system of medicines will not work much. If the EF reduces further your father will have serious problems, so act swiftly do not delay.
