causes of urticaria are some infections ; cold or hot weather ; allergy to some food; dust; pollen grains ; certain analgesics ;antibiotics etc. ----you have to take treatment for controlling urticaria and at the same time try to find out the allergens ,if any, continuing contact with you for last 3 years and try to avoid it for permanent cure of your problem.
