Hiv combo test: It is now common for antibody tests to also test for antigens. These are called 4th generation tests or combined antibody/antigen (Ag/Ab) tests. Please go to govt hospital only. AIDS treatment is expensive but absolutely free in govt hospital. if regular time to time investigations are done and treatment done. than the problem is not serious.
