PEP is best taken within 24 hrs of an suspected exposure but upto 72 hrs of exposure is also recommended.
The PEP should be taken for 4 weeks without break if no serious side effects.

Don't worry. GI experts use sterilised equipment/ scope for Scopy. It's better to take a private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.

Very likely. Obviously the other person needs to have HIV but the chances are always there. You should take a post exposure prophylaxis within 72 hours. Sue the nurse.
Generally p24 antigen assay is done initially because the antibodies to the infection are not developed this early. P24 antigen assay is usually done after 10 to 14 days.
Just see some good doctor immediately so he could guide you.

In such case the most important is personal consultation. However, till then you can take a private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done. Pl send photographs, so I can tell you if it is really thrush and OHL. OHL is pathognomonic of HIV. You must be wrongly suspecting yourself of having OHL.
