Hi, I recently undergone an upper GI endoscopy. I don't know whether the equipment was dis-infected before it is used for me. I know this equipment will be re used. So I want to know whether such usage without cleaning is a route for HIV transmission. I am bit worried. Please let me know your feedback. Thanks.
